THE BRIEF
Transform an existing nightclub into the 3rd Otherworld venue in the UK.

THE CHALLENGE
The client needed immediate support to achieve the opening date set. This meant that we had to hit the ground running on an already acquired site that had been stripped out, ready for the fit-out.

THE SOLUTION
As the project was already underway we didn't have the opportunity to put our usual systems in place but the client's internal PM was very hands-on and knew exactly what they wanted. This, partnered with our vast knowledge and experience of leisure fit-outs, and recently ever-growing experience in the immersive gaming industry, we collaborated well and made the ambitious timeline possible.

THE RESULT
Liaising closely with the contractor on the build and advising the client on cost certainty and negotiations, the project was handed over to meet the deadline and open fully on time.
