Conversion of existing F&B unit into the third Salad Project venue. The client wanted a new, proactive PM/QS team to support this venture.

THE BRIEF
Conversion of existing Food & Beverage unit into new Salad Project venue

THE CHALLENGE
Socius Projects was asked to lead the team including a new designer, existing main contractor and catering contractor to produce a new concept for the Salad Project which will launch the next generation of venues. The client specifically wanted a proactive PM/QS, so we were happy to take the lead. 

THE SOLUTION
Working collaboratively with the new and existing teams we led on budget vs design whilst maintaining the vision of the client. Supporting the design whilst ensuring the contractor had sufficient budget to deliver the required result was particularly important with a tight budget.

THE RESULT
A great venue which has helped the client promote their vision with other Landlords. This has helped with opening doors and securing their sport as a serious player in the health food offering market.
